• to join the Black Star Pastry team in our
• St Kilda Production Kitchen,
• located in the iconic Prince of Wales precinct.

Our shifts times are 3.30-11.30am. We ideally require availability from Sunday to Thursday, however we are all about work-life balance. We would love to get to know you and how we can make your roster work for you.

• About You
• 2-3 year's experience as a Baker, in particular viennoiserie & dough lamination
• Ideally experience working in a Production Kitchen
• Team players with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about customer experience and product quality.
• Commitment to food safety.
• Ability to deal with the repetitive nature of a high-volume, fast-paced production kitchen and maintain the highest quality and service standards.
