Principal Project Manager – Travel and Expense Management System Contract : 12 months | Location : Sydney (Hybrid) We're seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Travel and Expense Management System across a large, multi-agency environment.
This role is key to streamlining processes, consolidating platforms, and improving shared services operations.
Key Responsibilities : Deliver a new Travel and Expense Management System, managing interdependencies and ensuring alignment with business needs Lead project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting Manage risks, benefits, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget Provide strategic advice and resolve emerging project issues Requirements : Demonstrated experience leading large-scale system implementation projects Direct experience implementing a Travel and Expense Management System Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Proficiency in project governance, risk management, and multi-agency delivery Additional Information : Hybrid working : 2–3 days onsite, Sydney CBD location.
