    • About the role
    • Activ Pathways is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) established by Activ in 2008 to deliver a variety of qualifications and general work skills training in industry specific areas.

      Due to an increased demand for training in the Perth Metropolitan and regional areas, we are looking to engage an experienced Program (VET) Coordinator to manage a team of Trainers & Assessors and portfolio of qualifications.

    • A Typical Day will include
    • Leading a team of trainers delivering accredited and non-accredited programs across Perth Metro and regional WA
    • Overseeing and contributing to a positive student experience, providing exceptional customer service from enrolment to completion
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding upcoming programs and student progress
    • Monitoring assessments, marking and trainer workloads
    • Work in partnership scheduling, compliance and sales teams to ensure well planned and delivered program schedules
    • Assist in process improvement projects including implementation of system-based solutions
    • What we are looking for
    • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
    • Certificate IV Disability or equivalent (desirable)
    • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in Learning and Development and / or Training
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian quality training framework
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the standards for registered training organisations
    • National Police Clearance and NDIS worker screening check.
