As the

• Club Manager at Jetts Cobblebank
• you will manage the club, including delivering on operational standards, engaging in the community, achieving sales targets, networking and most of all creating a club environment where all Jetts members are inspired to live a better life.
• A day in the life of a Club Manager is a varied role however some of your responsibilities include
• Coaching - engage & motivate your team members and your gym members to perform at their best
• Marketing - own your Clubs social media, support national marketing campaigns and conduct local area marketing
• Sales - sell memberships, merchandise and retail products
• Member Engagement - Community events and challenges are a common part of a Assistant Club Managers role and help to create a community environment where Members want to be
• Targets / KPIs - achieve your set targets for the Club to ensure the Club is growing and trending positively
• WHS - audits, safety training and risk management

• 60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
