Full-Time gardener

  • 70,000 p.a. plus superannuation

Recent business growth and the renewal and continuation of school and commercial contracts means we are actively searching for a dedicated gardener to join our team on a full-time basis in Sydney NSW 2000.

  • Current Opening

    • This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).

    Position Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Evaluating and maintaining soil health, recommending fertilization and treatments needed.
  • Shaping, pruning and trimming trees, shrubs and hedges, balancing aesthetics and safety
  • Collaborating with administer owners and administrators to understand and implement their landscaping vision.
  • Establishing and nurturing gardens, ensuring they're aligned with client requirements
  • Utilizing a diverse range of gardening tools and machinery, with regular maintenance checks.
  • Monitoring plant health, implementing measures to keep them disease and pest free.
  • Assisting the broader BM team in ensuring cohesive aesthetic across exterior spaces.
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant gardening or horticultural qualifications and or at least 2 / 3 years of experience in professional gardening or landscaping, preferably in commercial / educational settings.
  • Demonstrable commitment to teamwork and positive work ethic.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in every task.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Familiarity with modern gardening techniques, tools and safety protocols.
  • Salary

    • The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
