Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership : Lead and oversee the successful execution of technology and business enablement programs, ensuring alignment with Nuix’s strategic goals and business objectives.
• Program Planning : Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps aligned with the Product Roadmap, ensuring schedules, release plans, and milestones are clearly defined and delivered on time.
• Process Improvement : Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine Agile processes, tools, and practices, driving operational excellence across the organisation.
• Metrics and Reporting : Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program health, progress and outcomes, delivering clear and actionable updates to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with product owners, engineering teams, and key cross-functional partners—including product support, commercial, training, documentation, pre- and post-sales, and marketing—to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Risk Management : Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring effective resolution strategies are in place to maintain program momentum.
• Facilitation : Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including retrospectives and Program Increment (PI) Planning, driving alignment and collaboration across teams.
• Agile Coaching : Act as a trusted advisor and coach, promoting Agile principles and practices to strengthen team capabilities and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
