We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on the development and implementation of a Virtual Assistant (ChatBot) for public-facing online services.

This role will contribute to the successful delivery of a key phase within a broader digital capability uplift program. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the Virtual Assistant meets user needs and aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities : Capture and document business requirements for chatbot functionalitySupport the design of chatbot dialogue and conversational flowsContribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning activitiesAssist in planning and executing testing for chatbot featuresCollaborate with stakeholders across digital, service delivery, and contact centre teamsAbout You : Experience in chatbot or virtual assistant implementation projectsStrong understanding of conversational or dialogue design principlesBackground in business analysis, UX, or service designComfortable working in agile, collaborative environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDesirable : Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow, or similarExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery toolsExposure to government or large-scale digital programsApply Now or contact me at / .
