About YouRegistered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Proven experience in a senior leadership role in aged care
Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative and empathetic style
Sound knowledge of strengthened aged care standards and compliance
Passionate about innovation, resident-centred care, and continuous improvement
Ability to provide leadership and direction to the clinical team, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Proven experience around recruitment, training, motivating and retaining skilled care professionals dedicated to delivering person-centered care.
Confidence and maturity to work autonomously and make decisions in an ever changing environment
