MJD Recruitment is excited to partner with a rapidly expanding FMCG business in Sydney's inner city to find a standout Customer Service Coordinator!

    • You'll be at the centre of customer interactions, responsible for ensuring every inquiry is handled with care and efficiency. Each day will bring something new, including :

  • Managing incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate data records.
  • Taking decisive action on inquiries, using your in-depth product knowledge to guide customers to the right solutions.
  • Helping onboard customer with their new product.
  • Assisting customers with setting up and managing their accounts, including troubleshooting issues related to login, billing, and service activation.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
  • Working closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the business's strategies.
