About the Facility

At Aegis Ellenvale, we offer our residents and their visitors an elegant environment and a rural setting overlooking Broadwater Lake. A working day will involve :

• Organising kitchen staff in the preparation and serving of meals.
• Preparing resident’s meals according to dietary plans and menus developed.
• Managing receipt of stores, and food storage according to the relevant regulations.
• Ensuring correct food handling techniques are always observed.
