  • As a small boutique marketing agency, we have been providing graphic design, fast printing, website and marketing services to the hospitality industry, as well as small business and the corporate sector since 2005. We are a small team of passionate, dynamic professionals who focus on exceeding a clients' expectation.

    • About this opportunity
    • We are looking for a part-time production assistant to coordinate the workflow in our business on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am-5.30pm (+ 10 extra flexible hours per week to assist with admin.)

    • Initial face to face training for 2-3 weeks in Sydney's Northwest, work from home thereafter.
    • You will be responsible for entering data, updating and quoting graphic design and print jobs via a live-online Ordering & Tracking system.
    • This role is very fast paced, involves multi-tasking, great attention to detail and achieving deadlines. Home office set-up with ABN a distinct advantage.
    • About you
    • Dynamic, motivated, friendly and reliable, we would expect you to have an open, effective communication style and a great work ethic.
    • You would be good at organising, prioritising and paying attention to detail with a good typing speed.
    • Previous experience in graphic design or event management and / or print production or print co-ordination in a marketing role preferred.
    • Cover letter as to WHY we should talk to you, is also preferred.
    • Knowledge of design programs (such as illustrator or InDesign an advantage) as you will be checking client files for press-ready status is essential.
    • You must have your own PC or MAC with NBN access and all software required (Microsoft Office) as above as well as your own transport.
