What we're looking for :

• Previous experience in a senior or facility management role - AGED CARE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• A strong leader who builds trust, leads by example and brings out the best in their team
• Someone who truly values person centred care and a positive resident experience
• Sound knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and sector requirements
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across clinical, care, support, hospitality and maintenance
• Candidates from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
