In this role, you will liaise with various services, provide input into and coordination of complex clinical situations and support for quality improvement initiatives.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will includeProvide consistent clinical advice to staff, demonstrating sound clinical skills to ensure positive client outcomes and effective care coordination servicesCoordinate responses to clinical escalations and work with teams to prepare written responses to senior managementProvide high quality and considered written summaries, briefs, and reportsLiaising with services to support regions in management of complex and at-risk clientsMonitor, analyse, and provide feedback on Clinical Liaison pathway data, maintain clinical incident register activities, client outcomes and identification of system issuesWork closely to coordinate triage and provide support to vulnerable clientsMandatory requirements for this positionQualifications as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Accredited Social Worker or Registered Nurse with mental health experienceQualified Psychologists, Nurses and OTs must have current registrations with AHPRAMental Health Accredited Social Workers must be registered with AASWQld Working with Child Check (WWCC / Blue Card)The successful applicant for this position must be an Australian Citizen and have a current Police Check, or the ability to pass one.This position is 37.5 hours per week and offers flexibility to work your shift between 8am and 6pm, as well as a hybrid WFH / WFO model.Initial contract term is 12 months, with possible extensions up to 36 months thereafter.
