About the role

Help us keep our people and equipment moving safely and efficiently.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Fleet and Plant Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the ongoing scheduling and maintenance of our Group’s owned, leased, and hired Plant and Equipment – including our Heavy Commercial Vehicles and specialised fleet.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely, through strong coordination, supplier partnerships, and system management.

In this role, you will :

• Coordinate the servicing, repair, and ongoing maintenance of our fleet and plant assets, working closely with approved providers and Fleet Management Organisations.
• Maintain accurate records across our asset and maintenance systems, including the Plant Assessor, IVMS, and Telematics platforms.
• Build positive supplier relationships and oversee their compliance, performance, and day-to-day coordination.
• Monitor asset performance and contribute to audits, risk assessments, and best-practice improvements in fleet and plant maintenance.
