Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business areas to gain a thorough understanding of future talent need and contributing to the wider TA sourcing strategy to ensure it remains fit for purpose.Assist with the on-boarding and induction processes; helping managers understand their role in the process but communicating out support.Support with the growth and development of hiring managers to develop their competence in recruitment (includes interview techniques, feedback, and appropriate conversations).Actively contribute to building our talent community developing our talent pipeline through unique talent pools across various roles and regions.Support and deliver recruitment projects as required.Develop and report on key recruitment metrics and market trends, attending relevant networking events where necessary to bring new ideas back to the team.Support with TPG's on-boarding process, including the coordination of pre-employment screening and any mobility (where applicable) related administration.Provide general support to broader People Experience Operations team when required including but not limited to the creation of employment contracts, contract variations and ahdoc projects.What we needYou will be an enthusiastic self-starter who possesses strong communication and people skills.Minimum 2 years recruitment experience and comfortable working across a broad cross section of open roles.
