We're looking for a professional and motivated Client Services Manager who is ready to make their mark and ensure that TPRC's clients are delighted with the service they receive. Your responsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, even the difficult ones!Ensuring that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for all clientsMonitoring and measuring client satisfaction and providing reports and updates to the leadership teamDeveloping and implementing client services policies and proceduresManaging the Client Services team based in Manila, hiring and training new team members as requiredTroubleshooting any issues our clients are experiencing and coming up with brilliant and elegant solutionsAbout youWe're looking for someone with previous experience in Client Services roles who knows what great looks like and is ready to implement new ideas and ways of working for TPRC. We think this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen to build a Client Services team that exemplifies best practices.
We think you'll need :
Previous experience in a Client Services management roleExperience in managing offshore teams would be advantageousExceptional communication and active listening skillsThe ability to analyse data and trends and present recommendations back to the businessTroubleshooting skills and the ability to devise solutions on the flyKnowledge of best practices regarding policies and procedures, and the ability to implement theseA sense of humour and readiness to do what it takes to get stuff done
