Treehouse Early Learning Centre, a family-run business, is opening its doors to a boutique 71 place Childcare Centre in mid to August 2025, and we're looking for dedicated Director with experience in opening and growing a new centre.

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service and will play a key role in taking the centre to the next level. You will have opportunities to build your own amazing team, mentor and guide educators, form strong partnerships with families, and engage with the wider community. Your leadership will shape an environment where children, families, and staff feel welcome, valued, and supported.

Your Key Responsibilities : Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment that fosters children's growth and learning.

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Work collaboratively within your team to maintain high standards of care and education.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre and drive continuous improvement.

Guide and mentor educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.

Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and staff.

Engage within the wider community to create meaningful connections.

What We're Looking For : Early Childhood qualification and experience - ECT, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

A passion for Early Childhood Education and a commitment to excellence.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Self-motivated and an inspirational leader.

Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
