Job description

A permanent full-time role within a well-established automotive dealership in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. For an automotive service advisor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Requires Car / Automotive Service Advisor Experience
  • Competitive Base and Commission
  • South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne

Your normal day will have you :

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction

    • Your next employer has been in operations for over 20 years and has a close-knit, long-standing and a family like team dedicated to support you. They are a group of 4 dealerships in VIC including Jeep, RAM, Havel and LDV. You will need :

  • Proven experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
