Working within a multi-disciplinary team of educators and therapy professionals (Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists), and supported by strong organisational frameworks and clinical supervision, AEIOU is recognised as a leader in early intervention for young children with autism and neurodivergence.
We maintain low staff-to-child ratios to ensure every child receives the individualised attention they need to thrive. This allows our teams to build strong, trusting relationships, respond to each child’s unique developmental needs, and create more meaningful learning opportunities. For children with autism, this tailored approach is vital—it supports communication, engagement, and long-term progress, while also creating a calmer, safer environment for children and staff alike.

Behaviour Analyst – the position
As a Behaviour Analyst / Consultant, you’ll play a vital role within a dynamic early learning team , providing specialised support to young children with autism spectrum disorder, along with their families and carers. Your work will help unlock each child’s potential by contributing to Individual Plans that promote cognitive and social growth, while also supporting positive behavioural change.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team , using your expertise to guide and empower others. You’ll provide training and supervision to team members, equipping them with the skills to observe, understand, and confidently implement behavioural strategies that make a lasting difference.
