    • Lead with Purpose. Change Lives with AEIOU.

Join AEIOU and become part of a community passionate about creating brighter futures. This is more than a professional role—it’s a career-defining opportunity to lead with heart, purpose, and impact and specialise in early intervention with neurodivergent children.

At AEIOU Foundation , our mission is simple yet powerful : to deliver life-changing early intervention for young children with autism. What sets us apart is how we bring this mission to life—through evidence-based practices , personalised support, and a deeply committed team.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team of educators and therapy professionals (Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists), and supported by strong organisational frameworks and clinical supervision, AEIOU is recognised as a leader in early intervention for young children with autism and neurodivergence.

We maintain low staff-to-child ratios to ensure every child receives the individualised attention they need to thrive. This allows our teams to build strong, trusting relationships, respond to each child’s unique developmental needs, and create more meaningful learning opportunities. For children with autism, this tailored approach is vital—it supports communication, engagement, and long-term progress, while also creating a calmer, safer environment for children and staff alike.

Our service is family-focused , empowering caregivers with education, resources, and connection through structured parent training and engagement sessions. AEIOU’s model is built on a foundation of respect, collaboration, and evidence-based research , ensuring that children and their families receive the highest standard of care and support.

      Behaviour Analyst – the position

As a Behaviour Analyst / Consultant, you’ll play a vital role within a dynamic early learning team , providing specialised support to young children with autism spectrum disorder, along with their families and carers. Your work will help unlock each child’s potential by contributing to Individual Plans that promote cognitive and social growth, while also supporting positive behavioural change.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team , using your expertise to guide and empower others. You’ll provide training and supervision to team members, equipping them with the skills to observe, understand, and confidently implement behavioural strategies that make a lasting difference.

This is more than a job — it’s a chance to lead with compassion, share your knowledge, and help children thrive in the critical early years of life.

At AEIOU, we are deeply committed to professional development , recognising it as essential to both individual growth and high-quality service delivery. As part of our team, you’ll have access to bespoke training programs that focus on our specialised therapeutic and educational practices for working with neurodivergent children. You’ll also benefit from our long-standing expertise and ongoing involvement in longitudinal research , ensuring your practice is grounded in the latest evidence and best-practice methodologies.

Who we are looking for :

We are looking for a Behaviour Analyst who brings not just expertise, but heart. If you are compassionate, patient, and driven by the desire to empower others, this is your opportunity to truly make an impact.

You’ll thrive in this role if you're a clear communicator, a thoughtful listener, and someone who approaches each day with curiosity and care. Your resilience, creativity, and sense of purpose will help shape meaningful change in the lives of individuals and their families. Most of all, you bring integrity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit that makes every interaction count.

If you believe in the power of evidence-based practice paired with genuine human connection — we want to hear from you.

At AEIOU we are positioned to support both the emerging workforce new to practice, and / or experienced practitioners looking to advance their professional practice and career.

      The essentials :

    • Qualification relevant to Applied Behaviour Analysis, and Certification (or eligibility) with ABAA Australia.
