What you will do as the Test Manager

Your role as the Test Manager will be to develop, coordinate and implement an organisational testing strategy whilst building a permanent capability of professional highly skilled testing resources.

Working Under Broad Direction You Will

Lead, manage and grow the testing team.

Oversee test planning, development & execution of test cases, defect management and reporting across multiple projects or initiatives.

Promote test automation to improve coverage and efficiency.

Collaborate with Project Managers and other project stakeholders to embed quality into all stages of delivery.

Establish and maintain test environments and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

In order to succeed in the role, you will have :

Demonstrated experience in a Test Manager role, overseeing testing teams responsible for application development projects and infrastructure initiatives, including system and integration testing of large-scale systems, using both manual and automated testing methods.

Demonstrated experience leading a testing team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation, and with the ability to implement and direct changing priorities.

Experience in establishing new team processes and procedures to achieve outstanding results.

Applied experience with Agile testing methodology.

ISTQB Certification is highly desirable.

Salary : EL1 $123,702 - $136,900 (plus 15.4% superannuation)
