Location : Perth Metropolitan

RCR Mining Technologies has a career opportunity for CNC Machinists with significant experience working on medium to large vertical borers using Fagor and Siemens controllers.

In this role on either our OM or Berthiez machines you will independently create programs using G-Codes, Mastercam and AutoCAD as well as perform quality checks on heavy metal precision engineered parts.

We have a variety of shift options to suit your lifestyle and salary expectations including a standard 8-hour shift option (with overtime opportunities) on week days from 6am or afternoon shift from 2.30pm (with an additional afternoon shift uplift) as well as a reduced 3-shift weekend 12-hour roster from Friday – Sunday 2 : 30pm – 3.00am.

To Be Considered For These Positions, You Will Need

Solid programming skills using G-codes Knowledge of Mastercam and / or AutoCAD Strong experience on Siemens, Fagor and Fanuc controllers A well-developed ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings To be skilled in the selection and optimisation of the latest tooling and material cutting inserts A solid commitment to safety To integrate well as a reliable member of a diverse and multi-skilled team
