• Working on a busy portfolio, managing commercial property claims end to end.
• Liaising with Loss Adjusters regarding claims and making policy decisions regarding the case
• Managing a high-volume portfolio, which means this is a busy and exciting role
• Speaking to the insurer / builder regarding any queries
• YOUR EXPERIENCE
• Preferably with a year's experience within an insurance or property management environment, and used to being accountable for making decisions
• With outstanding oral and written communication skills in order to respond to enquiries
• Used to dealing with a variety of stakeholders in order to work through any issues and update on workload
