Job Description

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of OT solutions
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Continuously improve and adapt to technological advancements in the industry
• Provide training and support to team members when necessary
• Report any potential risks or issues to the management promptly

The Successful Applicant

A successful OT Site Support Specialist should have :

• Qualifications (ACMA, CISCO CCNA, Cert III Communications)
• Strong knowledge of OT systems and software such as MineStar, WIFI, LTE, Frontrunner
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a site / field situated set up
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry regulations and standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stakeholders
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar OT capacity.
