At Miami, we understand that maintaining our physical assets, such as facilities and equipment, is critical to succeed. We're seeking a Facilities Administration Officer to join our team in Mandurah.
This role is similar to a that of a Property Manager (it's not a handyman position). You are responsible for property management, equipment upkeep, and routine administration across 7 locations. The role is about scheduling and coordinating contractors to get things done.
We are looking for someone who can move between a high volume of tasks, coordinate repairs and troubleshoot effectively in a crisis. If you're a productive and resourceful person who likes to get things done, then this role is for you.
Reporting to the Business Manager, your key responsibilities include :
- Act as the primary point of contact to receive, assess and manage maintenance requests from the team
- Schedule and coordinate repairs, working closely with contractors, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently
- Plan and schedule proactive and reactive maintenance in a timely manner and within budget
- Obtain quotes, parts, and equipment promptly to ensure smooth operations
- Actively troubleshoot breakdowns and implement effective solutions
- Provide ad hoc administrative support and assistance with project-type tasks
