Our Client, an advanced provider of cutting-edge IT security solutions for the Public Sector and notably Defence are currently seeking an experienced

  • Technical Solutions Manager (Pre / Post Sales)
  • to work Full-Time in Canberra.
  • Working with an experienced sales team to translate customer's technical needs into solutions with clear benefits, you will also work closely with a growing APAC Channel Partner ecosystem to enable their technical teams deliver on the organisation's capabilities.

  • Responsibilities
  • Propose solutions to address customers' technical issues
  • Pre-sales support to help sales team clear technical issues
  • Support partners with technical enablement and pre-sales engagements
  • Support internal training and sales enablement
  • Manage and scale technical solutions team as operations grow
  • Co-maintain the Azure / M365 based demo environment
  • Solution demos and proof of concepts
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Experience
  • Extensive experience across multiple ICT scopes and technologies ideally within security-conscious environments in Enterprise and / or Government ICT
  • Strong understanding of the M365 collaboration platform and infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of M365 Purview Information Protection solution including AIP, MCAS and AD CA
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Sales orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter leading to Team management
  • Experienced in software pre-sales and support
  • Australian Citizen
  • willing to be sponsored for security clearance)_

  • 150,000 - $170,000 Base + $40k-60k Commission
