Unleash the power of you!About the Role : As the Marketing Manager for ANZ, you will lead demand generation strategy and execution across the entire buyer journey, from creating awareness to accelerating pipeline and driving revenue.

This role is responsible for full-funnel marketing programs that are aligned with sales priorities, regional goals, and corporate campaigns.

You will work in close partnership with Sales, RevOps, and the broader global marketing team to develop programs that resonate with buyers, convert demand, and scale pipeline growth.The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to execute integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, and field channels.

You will bring a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with strong ownership of regional success metrics and a customer-first mindset.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across ANZ to drive pipeline and revenue, in line with the North America Marketing strategyOwn full-funnel campaign planning from awareness through conversion, aligned to regional goals and sales playsPartner with Sales and RevOps to define audience segments, territory priorities, and lead qualification criteriaDesign integrated campaigns across channels including digital, paid media, ABM, email nurture, and content syndicationLeverage global campaign assets and localisze as needed to ensure regional relevance and impactPartner with the digital team to execute campaigns across all digital and social platforms, including paid, organic, and SEOTrack, measure, and optimisze marketing performance using PowerBI, 6sense, and marketing automation platformsWork cross-functionally with content, brand, and product marketing to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency for both channel (SI / VAR and MSP) and directContribute to the growth of AvePoint's pipeline and brand presence in the ANZ region through innovative marketing approachesWhat you bring to the team : We look for colleagues who value agility, passion and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and showcase their contributions.
