About the role
The People, Culture and Standards Division works in partnership with all Divisions within the Department and beyond to promote and instill good governance and ethical conduct in line with the Department’s mission, principles, and values. This Division provides a central and safe environment to report unethical behavior across the Department and responds to a range of integrity, behavioral, performance, competency, and conduct issues.
The Executive Director of Management Engagement and Intervention leads the implementation and management of change by driving corruption-resistant workforce strategies and contributing to the integrity framework through expert advice, research, analysis of organizational systems and cultures, and the development and delivery of training and education programs. Responsibilities include delivering corruption prevention and education sessions, employee screening, and staff drug and alcohol testing.
