About the Role
As a Supervisor youll play a key role in running the store smoothly ensuring our team delivers topnotch service and fresh quality food every time. Youll be responsible for :
Lead and support team members during shifts
Train coach and motivate staff to deliver top performance
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
Assist in rostering and managing shift coverage
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in managing stock levels ordering supplies and reducing waste
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Ensure the store follows all health safety and compliance regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
Act as the key point of contact between team members and management
Provide shift reports and updates on store performance
Assist in implementing new policies and procedures
