Food & Beverage Lounge Manager

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and confident Food & Beverage Manager or Director to step up as Accor's primary leader onsite.

Be an ambassador of both the Accor and Qantas brand across four Lounges in the Perth airport as Food & Beverage Lounge Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to exceed targets, with a passion for hospitality and a hands-on approach.

    You will be responsible for :

  • Lead the overall management and of the Qantas Lounges by Accor in Perth and support all areas in the achievement of operational targets
  • Management of financials to ensure budgets and targets are maintained without reducing service levels
  • Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business
  • Champion employee engagement and promote a collaborative and inclusive environment where all employees are encouraged to provide input
  • Inspire our next generation of leaders : coaching, effective people management and leading from the front
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure all brand essentials and standards are in place and executed consistently.
  • Qualifications

    • Your experience and skills include :

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business
  • Passionate to grow and develop self and others
  • Strong communicator with ability to build relationships
  • A proven leader who is able to inspire others
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.

    This positions reports directly to the Regional General Manager and Director of Operations, in Sydney.
