In this role, you will :
Support our Healesville & surrounding branches by being the first point of contact for our customersWork with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best match their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer service experience every step of the wayAssist our customers with account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactionsEnsure all customer details are accurate and up to dateDemonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secureUndertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career opportunities

The Hours :
The hours are Monday - Thursday 9 : 15am – 4 : 30pm & Friday 9 : 15am - 5 : 30pm.
