The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled and future-focused AI Solutions Engineer to join our team in Perth CBD.

In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions focused on intelligent automation and agent-based workflows. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand real business needs and turn them into scalable, practical applications — helping us drive smarter operations across the company.

What You'll Do

Develop AI / ML solutions for intelligent automation and agent-based workflows

Build and deploy conversational AI tools like chatbots and virtual assistants

Collaborate with business teams to translate ideas into technical requirements

Evaluate and select AI models, techniques, and platforms

Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and tools

Contribute to internal AI standards, best practices, and frameworks

Stay up to date on AI trends and identify opportunities for innovation

Work in an agile, collaborative team environment

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications :

Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Proven experience building and deploying AI / ML applications
Hands-on experience with agent-based systems and conversational AI
Strong Python skills and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Integromat, or similar)
Ability to analyse complex processes and design automation strategies
Results-focused mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities
Passion for AI and its role in transforming industries
