With a professional approach to customer care, a good understanding of Excel and other MS Office systems, great numerical and literacy skills, and a healthy outlook, this role would suit someone building on their customer service career.
Based on front of house reception, you will be meeting and greeting our new members during peak times and focusing on administration tasks in the off-peak hours.
Must be available to work opening or closing hours of the club and be available to work some weekend shifts.
