Off the back of a record year, this agency is seeking to supplement their team with a driven and tenacious Sales Associate who can help them reach new heights in the new financial year.
The PositionIn the role of Sales Associate your main responsibilities will include :
Prospecting the local area and leveraging off current listings, cold and warm calling, door knocking, letter box drop offs etc.Attending open homes and auctionsCoordinating advertising and marketingPrepare open for inspection packsDatabase management, data entry and other administrative duties as requiredAssisting with the exchange to settlement processPreparing and attending appraisalsBuilding relationships with current clienteleFull campaign managementDealing with all Buyer inquiriesAttending open for inspections and private inspectionsLiaising with solicitors, vendors, buyers, photographers etc.The PersonCurrent NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenseStrong work ethic and top-notch negotiation skillsValid drivers license and reliable vehicleVietnamese or Arabic speaking is highly regardedFull of initiative, driven and highly motivatedImmaculate personal presentationFirst-class communication skills in all aspects, who can liaise with all types of clienteleA strong knowledge of the Inner West marketplace and demographic would be preferredThe PerksClear cut scope for career progression into a standalone Agent - this role has become available because the current Sales Associate is moving out on their own!Work closely with a top-performing Principal who is smashing the South Sydney marketHUGE earning potential - OTE $100k - great commission structure!Be part of a growing and award winning teamMonday to Saturday with a full RDOGreat mentorship and development opportunities from some of the industry's best talentClose-knit office and a team who genuinely have each others backs!Submit your CV by hitting
