Working within our APAC Legal team this role is a close report to the Head of Legal APAC and will be entrusted and empowered to deputise on a range of matters. As we expand globally and enhance our product offerings, the legal team plays a pivotal role alongside business growth and also the continued success and protection of the existing businesses. This role offers exposure to a variety of key project work, both directly and in in a supervisory capacity.

You'll build your leadership capabilities while supervising junior lawyers on their work, contributing your valued viewpoints in context of advising and steering projects and working alongside senior executives. Your strategic guidance will help shape both our CFD trading and stockbroking businesses, giving you broad exposure across financial products and markets

What will help you be successful?

8+ PQE with an unrestricted practicing certificate. Strongmercial and negotiation skills, demonstrated experience in transactional work and problem solving, experience in the financial services and tech industry and experience managing junior lawyers. You must be eligible to work in Australian permanently.
