About The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant in our Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms team. You'll lead the design, delivery, and support of platform implementations in collaboration with the customer, along with leading and managing a team of functional consultants.

What You'll Bring

Experience leading a team and implementing CRM systems, with an understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms is essential.
Hands-on support for consulting activities.

Additional Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of D365 CE platforms across modules.

Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).

Experience across multiple industries or segments.

Understanding of common business issues and Agile delivery.

Knowledge of D365 FinOps or BC applications is a plus.

7+ years of D365 Platform experience.

7+ years of consultancy / delivery experience.

4+ years of project ownership / team leadership.

Strong presentation, communication, business analysis, CI / CD, DevOps, and data manipulation skills.
