Design and create plans for high-quality home improvement projects using CAD software.
Coordinate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge in the home improvement industry.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Develop a thorough understanding of the home improvement industry, including products, services, and competitors.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Assist with the development of sales strategies and campaigns to increase sales revenue.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of the home improvement industry is essential.
Ability to travel occasionally for client visits and trade shows.
