The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key support role to the wider Red Bee Media Captioning and Audio Description teams. This is a remote working role where you will be expected to undertake a range of administrative tasks under the direction of the Production Manager on duty. This role will work closely with all members of the Red Bee Teams (Service Delivery Group, File, Live and Audio Description teams).
Our coordinators will liaise with clients, production companies and external suppliers to source materials. When required, they will import future TV schedules into internal workflow tools and will check work lists to ensure accuracy. Our Coordinators will also check amendments and update systems with new information in advance of programs being aired, checking that we have resourced live allocations. Coordinators will be required to spot-check and dispatch caption files to all clients. Tasks will also include obtaining media, scripts and other materials to assist in captioning, working to agreed internal and client deadlines in advance of programs airing.
At Red Bee you will join an international team, collaborating to deliver outstanding media experiences through forward-thinking solutions and services. You will work with colleagues who share a passion for media and clear sense of integrity in the workplace. In your day to day, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and most innovative media companies in the world, using leading media technologies and systems to deliver our services. Here you can bring your outstanding talents, skills and perspectives to the table and collaborate in an openminded and inclusive environment.
