About the role

As the Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support across various departments. This Receptionist role is a key position in maintaining the company’s professional image and smooth day-to-day operations.

The Receptionist will be responsible for :

• Managing incoming calls and emails
• Greeting visitors and coordinating front desk activity
• Organising travel and freight bookings
• Assisting with light accounts and general admin duties
• Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
