The People, Communication, Parliamentary and Governance Division is seeking results-oriented, highly organised
- APS5 Executive Assistant
- to provide administrative and operational support to Senior Executive Service (SES) officers within the division.
Under limited direction, the
- APS5 Executive Assistant
- will undertake a wide variety of activities related to executive support, which may include, but are not limited to :
- Managing the office of an assistant secretary, including :
- managing and coordinating the executive's diary, scheduling and organising venues, travel arrangements, preparation of supporting meeting material and escorting guests
- managing correspondence and calls
- Providing administrative support to the branch, including coordination and / or allocation of correspondence and making travel arrangements
- Assisting with financial management, such as credit card reconciliation and invoice payments
- Supporting consistent record management across the branch and / or division, including establishing file naming conventions and compliance with the record management system requirements
- Other administrative duties such as general filing, ordering stationery, photocopying and registering paper and electronic files
- Assisting with other work of the branch and / or division, as directed.
