  • Your Opportunity
  • The position of Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander Advanced Health Worker will :

    Function as a member of the EBFC to deliver holistic, effective, clinically relevant, and culturally safe care in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.

    Works alongside the EBFC team supporting family centred, culturally safe, responsive, and appropriate service pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families. This includes triage, admission, discharge and linking families back into local resources within their own communities.
