Job descriptionUndertake supervision and leading hand tasks. Ensure that appropriate training carried out for all team members. Ensure that all parts and products are assembled / produced according to the procedures and specifications. Ensure that all safety and quality procedures and standards associated to the task are adhered to in accordance company policies and procedures. Ensure production efficiency and daily output is in accordance with production schedules. Other duties as assigned. Proven experience in a production leadership role or related field Strong leadership and team management skill Well-developed communication skills Ability to be safe and protect others from risk. Keen attention to details Efficient and well organised An ability and willingness to meet targets and deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member Strong work ethic, tenacity and 'can do' attitude.
