Digital Marketing Specialist

Job descriptionThe role Responsible for the development and support of digital marketing activities across paid and owned channels to promote activities of the business Working with internal and external teams to optimise all digital touchpoints so that the companies positioning is consistently presented in a way that supports and connects diverse customer segments, building long-term rapport and engagement across the businesses multiple products and services. Ensure that digital outcomes support strategic objectives and present as fully integrated propositions, relevant to the customer experience Manage the corporate websites including : identifying, recommending and prioritising new web features and content. Work with digital agency to ensure that metadata, tagging, page optimisation and function of websites are working toward best in market Track website traffic via Google Analytics to identify trends in site usage, visitor statistics and make recommendations. Work closely with agency partners to develop and manage a paid social media strategy, implementing paid channel content, ensuring there is connected relevance to all of market campaigns and brand position. Manage the organisation's SEO and SEM campaigns, budgets, strategies and optimising the online presence Attend to the Marketing inbox on a daily basis, answering and / or allocating requests as required. Manage the department digital asset folder, including photography and video. 5 years + demonstrated experience in a specialist role, preferably in Digital Marketing Salesforce CRM desirable. Excellent ability with Microsoft 365 Suite. Capable in Adobe Pro : editing, creating forms, signatures, templates, reducing file size and merging documents. Representation of an organisation professionally with external stakeholders. High level verbal, written and interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
