Our client has built an unrivalled reputation in the Perth market for their Architect, Business Analyst and IT Management space. They have clients across many market sectors with a particular focus on the resource and government sectors. Due to their success in winning a number of tenders they are urgently looking for a proven ITIL Change manager for a position based in Armadale.
- Responsibilities / Skills include some of the following
- Review current change management capabilities - people, tools, processes etc.,
- Determine and document fit for purpose requirements for the implementation of ITIL change management / CAB - people, tools, processes, impact assessments etc.
- Complete a GAP analysis (as-is / to-be) - systems, infrastructure,
- Define a roadmap for the implementation of a ITIL change management / CAB,
- Design, build, configure change management / CAB process,
- Process and procedural documentation,
- Run proof-of-concept (PoC) - revise outputs / process / procedures / tools etc.,
- Training - IT Change Management, CAB members, Business Process Owners
- Communications,
- Implementation of the ITIL change management / CAB,
- Manage first couple of change requests and CAB meetings,
- Review and revise implementation,
- Change Management policy updates, and handover
- Desirable (in order of priority)
- To be successful, the ITIL Change Manager must have experience in delivering similar contracts, and be able to balance priorities and tasks to ensure delivery on time.
- The Principal is looking for a successful ITIL Change Manager including key competencies in planning, time management, people management, analysis and problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, documentation, presentation and training skills, negotiation and conflict management.
- Skills in configuring and testing workflow in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus will be highly desirable.
