Transform Lives as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Feros Care We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Accredited Practising Dietitian to join our homecare team! Based on the beautiful Gold Coast, this role involves working closely with our community clients and multidisciplinary care team, as well as providing virtual support when needed. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality nutritional care to older Australians. This is a permanent part-time position with flexible working arrangements (minimum 2 days per week), offering a great work-life balance in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do Deliver in-home nutritional assessments, considering medical, cultural, and environmental factorsDevelop and manage personalised nutrition care plans in collaboration with clients and care teamsEducate clients and carers on healthy ageing, chronic disease management, and nutrition best practicesPromote independence through reablement and wellness-focused dietary supportProvide expert advice on texture-modified diets, enteral nutrition, and specialised dietary needsMonitor progress, adjust plans, and contribute to multidisciplinary care discussionsEnsure food safety in home settings and assist with meal planning, budgeting, and resource accessWhy Choose Us?
