• About the Role

The role will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge, associated correspondence and organising assessments and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

• Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to
• Receiving and registering new matters.
• Actioning and directing correspondence.
• Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for Applications received by the Agency within strict time frames.
• Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and Organising assessments to support the decision making process for case managers.
• NOTE : the key responsibilities of the role are based on current priorities and may change over time)
