Job descriptionThe Role Event assistance including planning & management with site activations Assist with briefing suppliers, being the key contact & liaison Assist in release preparation including updating marketing collateral and brochures, briefing in suppliers + working with the property development & sales teams to finalise release brochure sales communication Assist in updating and loading content as instructed to website and building EDM's Assistant with all admin / process relating tasks Skills, Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in the Property industry is essential, ideally in (although not essential) Residential development and masterplanned communities 3+ years Marketing experience either in a sole marketing role or in an administrative role where Marketing has formed part of your responsibilities Experience with campaign management, EDM builds, marketing automation & set-up preferred Social media management and scheduling experience preferred Experience using Indesign / Creative Cloud and copywriting skills preferred though not essential Highly organised with strong attention to detail Strong verbal & written communication skills Proactive with a can do attitude Culture & Benefits How To Apply Kingfisher Recruitment have been shaping the futures of organisations and individuals within the Built Environment since 2005.
