About the Role

As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering programs that promote social, emotional, and physical well-being. Working closely with residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team, you'll help create an environment where our residents feel engaged, valued, and connected.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement activities tailored to residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.

Support residents in participating in group and individual programs.

Foster social connections and encourage a sense of community among residents.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities to ensure they meet residents' needs.

Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress.

Collaborate with staff and families to ensure holistic care and support.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have :

Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Health (or equivalent qualification).

A genuine passion for working with older adults and a commitment to person-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging programs.

A collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

A National Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
