About the RoleAs a Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering programs that promote social, emotional, and physical well-being. Working closely with residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team, you'll help create an environment where our residents feel engaged, valued, and connected.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement activities tailored to residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.Support residents in participating in group and individual programs.Foster social connections and encourage a sense of community among residents.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities to ensure they meet residents' needs.Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress.Collaborate with staff and families to ensure holistic care and support.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have :
