About the opportunityThe Division is shaping the delivery and shareholder oversight of two of Australia's most important and highest profile infrastructure projects. - Monitoring and supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects
- Preparing policy analysis and advice to ministers and senior executive on governance and financing issues
- Reviewing and briefing on corporate reporting that informs the strategic direction

- Prepare ministerial correspondence on a variety of matters, including researching issues and consulting with stakeholders to ensure our advice is sound and well-reasoned;
- Draft advice for senior executives and participate in related meetings;
- Collaborate with other teams across the Branch and Division to support co-delivered work and corporate
- Support coordination activities for significant appointments, including preparing related Cabinet documentation;
- Information from a compliance perspective and to develop strategic advice for the Minister
- What are we looking for?
- Good judgement in managing issues, including raising sensitive matters promptly with your supervisor / Director;
- Discretion in maintaining the integrity of protected and sensitive information;
- Good communication skills, including written and verbal;
- Effective collaboration / consultation with stakeholders to maintain relationships and enable the team to provide the best possible advice;
- The ability to prioritise work and be flexible as priorities shift;
- A keen eye for detail, particularly in preparing Cabinet documentation and material for the Minister and senior executives.
