KNOW THE ROLEThis role is responsible for our business in WA and potentially also in SA and Tasmania - the scale of the portfolio depends on the experience and skills of potential applicants.
As the primary contact based in Perth and reporting into the Retail Operations Lead based in Sydney, this is a position for an experienced retail multi -site manager. We are open to the Perth based role being responsible for the stores across several States or for the seven stores in Perth.
Key responsibilitiesOversee day to day operations of the Perth stores and potentially the six stores in South Australia as well.Drive financial performance and deliver budgeted results to achieve budget.Recruit, train, mentor store managers and store teams.Uphold and deliver operational standards and procedures.Oversee and support stock-takes.Deliver on our Blue Illusion pillar of Community by supporting stores to plan and deliver local community events.Coach Store Managers with recruitment, onboarding of new team members and performance management issues.Ensure all team members are delivering the Blue Illusion standards of the customer experience in all stores all the time.Positively represent Blue Illusion and communicate any relevant feedback to key stakeholders within the business.To be successful you will havePrevious regional / area management retail experience (minimum of 5 years) ideally within the fashion industry.Drive, energetic, committed and an experienced retail leader.A genuine enjoyment in leading, supporting and motivating teamsEffective communication and people management skills with the ability to adapt your style.The astute ability to read, analyse and interpret financial data, budgets and store profits.The ability and willingness to travel locally and interstateA current driver's license and reliable car.What we can offer youWorking for an Australian owned business focused on sustainability and community.Staff discounts and clothing allowance.Employee Assistance Program.Quarterly bonus structure.Testimonial From Our TeamMy experience at Blue Illusion has been Rewarding, Happy and great for the soul.
