Our client is a national high-caliber corporate, that is highly successful and offers a stable high performing professional working environment.

Your next P&C Manager role will see you working with a national corporate client group of a professional, qualified workforce, of around 150 people. You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, working strategically and also operationally across the employee life cycle. You will be supported by a shared HR services team, who can offer administrative support. So what's needed is someone who can provide credible advice to executives, coach, and be a strong senior leader, but also able to complete all operational requirements as required. This is a stable business, that allows for a high-touch true HR Business Partnering role.

To be more specific your next role will see you :

  • Promote & drive employee engagement and support the implementation of divisional & Group strategic HR initiatives;
  • Work operationally across the employee life-cycle;
  • Provide HR advice, coaching and support to senior leaders and team members in a timely and professional member;
  • Lead workplace investigations and performance management processes;
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements;
  • Oversight of recruitment and calendar cyclical activities with support from the Group HR Shared Services team (TA, L&D, Payroll & Reporting);
  • Ensure HR information systems, manual and electronic are created and maintained as the primary source of employee information;
  • Identify and implement improvements and more efficient HR processes and other ways of working.
  • To be considered for this role you will have :

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role such as Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager;
  • Able to work on optimising HR initiatives, across D&I, L&D, and Leadership Programs, Coaching at the exec level, as some examples;
  • Adaptable, and able to resolve matters independently with a collaborative style;
  • Can navigate complexities with a considered approach and proactive solution-focused style;
  • Able to build trusted credible partnerships with a range of executive styles;
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an approachable and enthusiastic demeanor;
  • Ability to interface and influence all levels of management and can dip into the hands-on operations as required, not precious;
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into tactical and operational plans that are fully implemented;
  • Good judgment and problem-solving abilities and capability of understanding the impact of decision-making on the business.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, or related business discipline.
